And let's continue down the metallurgy path. I would be curious to have an estimated tensile strength based off brinell hardness, as 41000 is definitely way upper limit for A356.

Also, that higher tensile strength means the material is more brittle.

Also, unlike steel, aluminum has no endurance limit, meaning it will keep becoming weaker and weaker with movement and vibrations until it eventually shears.

By the geometry, it seems like most of the forces would be transmitted into the bolts, but did you perform any sort of dynamic simulation on this part?
